Calendar Functionality

In the LinkHMS Schedule Tab, the calendar offers various ways to manage visits and doctor availability. Below are the features and steps to use them effectively:

Viewing Doctor Schedules:

The schedule shows a grid with available doctors and their time slots. Unavailable slots are marked with red diagonal lines, indicating the times when a doctor is not available for visits.

Selecting a Date:

Use the calendar dropdown on the upper right of the screen to select a specific date. The schedule will be updated to show the availability of doctors on that day.

Viewing Visits by Doctor:

Clicking on a specific doctor’s name on the left panel opens a detailed view of their schedule. This allows you to see all visits for that particular doctor on the selected date or time period.

Managing Visits:

Visits are color-coded based on their status (unconfirmed, confirmed, waiting, ongoing, etc.), providing a clear overview of the doctor's day and tasks at a glance.
